I've been involved in several projects at CtrlF5, mostly as a backend developer. In addition to using my Python tech stack, I haved improved my knowledge of Typescript and DevOps tools. Outside of work I: - Completed React and k8s courses. - Implemented my own project in advertising. - Created my own library based on Django principles for Telegram.

Mind & Machine

The company's main product is an intelligent staff planning system with queue management based on AI and Big Data. I managed the development team and was a playing coach in machine learning and backend departments. Major achievements: - Created employee scheduling algorithm (on my own, NP-complete problem). - Recruited a development team of 10 people. - Created the first stable version of the product. - Did more than 15 projects with customers (big retail companies). - Processes are built within the development team and with the project office, including SLA.

The company was engaged in the selection of bloggers for advertising (native advertising). My main task was to create a recommendation system based on advertising text and information about the blogger (selection automation). After completing this task, I automated other processes in the company and helped with web development.
