Key results: – increased the stability level of Relex technological platform by reducing the amount of critical technical incidents by 45% fixing the bugs and enabling the early bug detection process; – built a transparent working backlog for the platform stability enhancements; – successfully supported the technical part of launching the complex business functionality with no inherent technical issues or tech debt. Pet Retail Company, UK: Relex implementation [June 2022 – Sept 2022] Role: Relex TC team technical lead. Key results: – managed the team to complete 90% of non-functional tests within 2 weeks; – developed an easy-to-use tech framework for any notifications [Late, Missing incoming and outgoing data]; – coordinated the launch of the first wave of stores to be replenished from Relex with a minimum amount of tech-related incidents.

Top-10 Bank RU: Cross-sales business process for individuals diagnostics and implementation of enhancements [Aug 2020 – May 2021] Role: Manager of technical team Key results: – launched ready-to-market product with all the required automation (risk assessment, rate calculation, marketing channel) within 4 months; – amount of analyzed features to be used in the model exceeded 1000 and for each of them a source-to-target with relevant transformation was prepared; – revenue generated by the cross-sales platform has reached 800m RUB for the first year. Data platform implementation [Nov 2019 – Apr 2020] Role: Manager of data architecture and infrastructure team Key results: –DWH architecture changes were proposed, saving ~1 bln. Rub per year; – optimisation of the data office operational model was performed and changes to the org structure were implemented; – DWH (Oracle, Teradata, BW on HANA) was optimised and 200 TB of data out of the 650 TB total were saved.
