I currently work on high-load web projects and AAA-level game development but due to the NDA, I can'tdescribe it very well. I work in a product company. My responsibilities: • Comprehensive project management — I decide the methodology and things to apply for each project. • I help other departments with consulting and management. • Schedule projects and provide planning assistance to the company. • Plan the team and company work for both sprints and quarters and also I plan production deploys. • Improve processes by formalizing and sharing docs across the company. • Provide quality assurance services for the project. • I handle the document flow process and operations. My achievements: • Implemented cross-team communication that decreased the count of the conflicts in the team by 90%(ex. infrastructure and developers). • Implemented audits that decreased management engagement in important but tiny things to oncea month, not 2 times a week. • Initiated the recruitment department that increased hiring quality and speed (3 employees per monthvs 1 employee for half of a year before). • Built a brilliant and flexible team that ready to handle any activity of the business and any incident. • The flexibility enabled the company to achieve extra income as a quick realization of a spontaneousmarketing idea (that led to x2-x3 of the normal income).
