• As the Lead SQA engineer I am responsible for managing the SQA work queue. Our SQA team is split into two sub teams. • Lead testing effort for the new Pre-order functionality for our main customer facing website. End to end execution from Customer facing website to ERP system. • Lead testing effort for Customer Portal project. We integrated our system of record ERP to a third party portal. This provided ease of use to our customers, and helped them to manage their account. • Managed day to day work across the QA team. Operated in two different Agile teams to accomplish production support and project related work.
IBM
• As a team lead, I’m responsible for managing the releases as they enter QA all the way to completing the release. I provide technical support to the team along with providing direction when a team member runs into a roadblock. • Delivered presentations to the Executive team regarding our process for QA testing. Related to Letters and Compliance System. • I’m responsible for deploying SQL code that stores all the logic that implements the rules that are required for a letter to be generated in our system. • Lead the SQA team in building out documentation for one of the workstreams. I have worked with DBA’s to come up with a new process to handle SQL reviews. This allowed software releases to move through the SDLC and saved time while deploying to our Production environment. • I have also worked on BluePrism Automation that interacts with external mortgage websites. • Creating test plan and test cases to test the Letters framework. At the mortgage servicing division, I work for the Software Quality Assurance team that is responsible for testing new and existing letters that are sent out to mortgage owners.
Planar Sytems
• Clarity Visual Systems was sold to Planar. • I kept my training role. • I was responsible for creating training materials that include PowerPoint presentations. • Also for organizing and planning for the training events. • Includes corresponding to people who have registered for the trainings. • Traveled to various states to install and implement our product at end user sites. • Worked with different project managers for different vendors to make sure that the ground work was done before I was able to implement our networked system. • Gave demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to a panel of 15 people for College in Minnesota. • Worked on high profile customer demonstrations for Nike.
