- Designed and implemented from scratch the architecture of the application with the possibility of full customization of any system elements, which allowed the company to sell projects in different areas (IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, Administrative Department Automation, etc.) on the basis of one company's product. - Developed an integration module, which made it possible to receive data from any customer system (via any protocol), as well as to create custom APIs within our system, which reduced the cost of creating integrations by 45% (as compared to a similar product). - Implemented a built-in code editor with snippet support and autocompletion for dynamic context database, which allowed to speed up creation of custom logic by 2.5 times. - Designed and created entirely from the beginning a no-code report designer which enabled managers and analysts to create and modify reports independently, resulting in a 40% decrease in requests for changes and revisions. - As the Lead of a team of 5-8 developers and analysts, successfully completed 5 on-premise projects into TOP Russian companies in the following fields: energy, telecommunication, mining, banking, insurance. - For over 5 years, responsible for the core of the system, the roadmap for implementing new features to meet customer needs and supporting the uninterrupted operation.
