● Managed the implementation of Digital Health activities at upward of 150 private healthcare sites, improving data reporting. ● Led GIS mapping initiatives for project tasks. ● Managed implementation of new electronic health records version and training, boosting data accessibility at the MOH data center. ● Facilitated collaboration with key entities in private sector and Zambian Ministry of Health for service data reporting using DHIS2. ● Provided input to the USAID Digital Information Systems to track digital investments in private sector health facilities.

● Supported the Implementation of DHIS2 based digital health solutions for Namibia and Mozambique for the Global Malaria (GMAL) team. ● Developed training materials, job aids and SOPs development for Long Lasting Insect Nets (LLIN) forms and dashboards to be used on DHIS2 Android Application. ● Updated existing dashboards for LLIN campaign delivery, stock management and supervision workflows for the DHIS2 Android Application.

● Provided TA to the electronic Management Information System (eLMIS) for Eswatini Project. ● Provided an Advisory role for OpenLMIS for COVID-19 Cameroon implementation. ● Provided Logistic Management Information System (LMIS) and Health Information System Education Websites, (HIS) support for the Hepatitis C (HCV) and Hepatitis B (HBV) DHIS2 Tracker implementation in Rwanda. ● Data management support for COVID -19 Rapid Diagnostic Tests (RDTs) implementation in 14 African countries.

I led the TA for the Logistics Management Information System, elicited the requirements from the developers, and coordinated the UAT for the project. I managed the tasks on JIRA and Trello, and managed the Budget for Consultants' fees. Managed the Daily check-in meetings with the developers across 3 different time zones ( USA, Poland, and India).

● Managed UAT sessions and coordinated software development efforts for eLMIS AND SmartCare Interoperability. ● Designed and Developed Test Scripts for eLMIS active Sprints on JIRA. ● Tested, Deployed the eLMIS Interoperable version in over 20 health facilities in Lusaka and Copperbelt provinces in Zambia. ● Coordinated meetings with MOH ICT unit, Partners and Facility Users on the implementation of eLMIS and SmartCare Integration.

● Involved in the design, development, testing, documentation and maintenance of applications developed using Microsoft Access, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2, Visual Basic 6.0, C# .NET and web-based development using PHP and MySQL and Enterprise Java using JavaFX and PostgreSQL server 9.3 stack.

● I presented a paper (co-authored) ‘An empirical survey on domestication of ICT in disadvantaged communities in South Africa'.
