Main responsibilities - Leading development of IT strategy (software and hardware landscape, general development principles). - Operations management (P&L) and cost efficiency control of OPEX&CAPEX (total 200+M USD). - Change management coordination. - IT vendors relationship management. Key results - Initial 5 years IT strategy was successfully developed and approved by the Board. - The structure of IT department was reconfigured and flattened, which in 12 months resulted in twofold acceleration of new software development, diminishing IT incidents by 20% and shedding off 19% of administrative cost of IT payroll. - Effective negotiation has led to the payment amounts towards IT vendors for new and lasted contracts being reduced by 12% on average.
