Senior 1C Accounting CORP Consultant | Remote Implementation Expert

A leading household appliance manufacturer is seeking an accomplished 1C Consultant to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of 1C Accounting CORP. 

In this strategic role, you'll analyze complex business processes, develop comprehensive technical requirements, coordinate with development teams, and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems. 

Key Responsibilities

- Orchestrate the comprehensive implementation lifecycle of 1C Accounting CORP, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and regulatory compliance frameworks.

- Develop and maintain robust project documentation including technical specifications, implementation protocols, user manuals, and system configuration records.

- Perform in-depth analysis of client business processes and architect technical requirements that satisfy current methodological standards.

- Define, assign, and supervise development tasks for technical teams, monitoring progress and ensuring quality deliverables.

- Collaborate effectively within integrated teams of IT specialists, methodology experts, and stakeholders to drive project success.

- Design sophisticated solutions for data migration and integration between 1C and existing enterprise systems.

- Execute rigorous testing protocols for newly developed functionalities against defined requirements and use cases.

- Deliver comprehensive user training programs and provide ongoing consultation support to ensure adoption.

- Create detailed user documentation and system guides for sustainable knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

- Participate in parallel IT initiatives within the business consulting domain to enhance overall system architecture.

- Implement customizations to standard 1C configurations based on specific business requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing 1C CORP Accounting (version 8.3 or later) in corporate environments.

- Comprehensive mastery and regulatory requirements.

- Demonstrated proficiency in the following 1C accounting modules:

 - Cost accounting and financial operations tracking.

 - Counterparty settlement management systems.

 - VAT calculation, reporting, and compliance.

 - Profit accounting and financial analysis.

 - Comprehensive accounting reporting frameworks.

 - Sales and purchase transaction processing.

 - Reporting personnel management systems.

 - Non-cash payment processing workflows.

 - Financial instruments management (credits, loans, investments).

- Proven experience integrating 1C with external enterprise systems and databases

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex business requirements into precise technical specifications.

- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with developers, stakeholders, and end-users.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.

- Production costing module implementation experience.

- Treasury module configuration expertise.

- 1C:Professional or 1C:Expert certification credentials.

- Understanding of international accounting standards (IFRS).

- Previous work in manufacturing or consumer goods sectors.

- Experience with large-scale data migration from legacy systems.

- Working knowledge of SQL and database architecture principles.
