Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain, develop, and provide comprehensive support for software products based on 1C:Enterprise 8.3, including Trade Management, Accounting 3.0, and Payroll systems 2.5/3.1.

- Design and implement new functional modules that enhance the performance and capabilities of our trading platform, ensuring they meet both current and future business requirements.

- Create customized reports and analytics dashboards that deliver actionable business insights for strategic decision-making at all organizational levels.

- Modify configurations according to specific client requirements and evolving business processes, ensuring optimal alignment with operational needs.

- Optimize existing configurations to improve system performance, user experience, and resource utilization across the platform.

- Configure and administer both standard and atypical 1C-based solutions, adapting them to unique business environments.

- Ensure robust data security, integrity, and confidentiality across all platforms through implementation of industry best practices and protocols.

- Develop seamless integrations with third-party applications, websites, and services via RESTful APIs and other integration methods.

- Participate in system upgrades and migrations to newer versions of 1C configurations, minimizing disruption to business operations.

- Provide comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge transfer to team members to ensure continuity and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a 1C Developer with deep knowledge of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform and its architectural principles.

- Strong proficiency in implementing and customizing 1C solutions: Trade Management, Accounting 3.0, Payroll 2.5 and 3.1, and Management of Corporate Finance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems based on 1C platform, including configuration, customization, and user training.

- Demonstrated ability to develop complex custom modules and functionalities that address specific business requirements.

- Expertise in 1C server administration, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting in various deployment scenarios.

- Thorough understanding of database management principles related to 1C implementations, including optimization techniques.

- Problem-solving mindset with analytical approach to business process optimization and automation challenges.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
