Key Responsibilities:

- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience across our digital banking platforms.

- Conduct user testing to validate design concepts and refine user experiences.

- Utilize analytics tools like Hotjar to drive data-informed design improvements.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in financial services or complex web applications.

- Experience with unmoderated user testing platforms (e.g., Hotjar, UserTesting).

- Solid understanding of front-end development basics (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).

- Ability to design responsive interfaces for various devices.

- Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally in startups.
