Senior Social Media & Graphic Designer for Esports
We develop, manufacture, and distribute premium products for the rapidly evolving esports industry. Our design department consists of an Art Director and three in-house designers who collectively shape our visual identity across multiple platforms and physical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging, on-brand social media content for multiple platforms, ensuring adherence to current design trends in the gaming ecosystem.
- Design visually striking posts, stories, and animations that drive engagement and amplify our marketing initiatives.
- Develop standard and non-standard banner advertisements with meticulous attention to platform specifications and guard zones.
- Participate in the creation of innovative product packaging designs that resonate with our target audience.
- Optimize visual assets for digital platforms without compromising quality or brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual narratives.
- Create adaptations of existing designs for various applications while maintaining creative integrity.
- Contribute fresh, creative solutions that distinguish our brand in a competitive digital landscape.
Required Skills & Experience
- Thorough understanding of composition principles, light, shade, and color theory applied to digital design.
- Proficient expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop with demonstrable portfolio work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platform requirements, including dimensions, specifications, and technical constraints.
- Experience creating animations and interactive content for digital marketing purposes.
- Proven ability to optimize digital assets for maximum quality with minimal file size.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for pixel-perfect execution in all design elements.
- Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines consistently while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborative mindset with receptiveness to feedback and constructive criticism.
- Self-motivated with demonstrated capacity to work independently in a remote environment.
- Genuine interest in professional development within the graphic design field.
