The Opportunity:

A company with talent pool of IT engineers is looking for VP of Sales & Growth, who’ll design a hyper-efficient revenue engine.


What You’ll Do:

  • Audit and overhaul our sales process (pipeline, conversions, margins).
  • Hire/develop a high-performance sales team.
  • Partner with marketing to refine messaging and lead gen.
  • Expand into untapped markets.


Your Profile:

  • Scaled an IT services firm’s revenue 3x+ in 2–3 years.
  • Hands-on with outstaffing/outsourcing sales cycles.
  • Data-driven but obsessed with relationships.
