Role: - Making Web SaaS project to monitor the workload for each subject area, workload, and employee productivity. - Optimizing interfaces and scenarios in order to improve product KPIs. - Organizing the user-centered design process. - Developing design system rules for a design team. Achievements: - Created a Web service for managing corporate employee's from scratch and added 15 550 users. - Developed a workforce management system, presented its functionality to employees. - Integrated 90 departments into the service and maintained the integration process.

Sber is the largest bank in Russia, Central and Eastern Europe, and one of the leading financial institutions worldwide with 98+ mln clients and 280k employees. Role: - Working on B2B web services to support 20 000 000 entities across CIS: 9 directions included a web-workplace, an intelligent assistant, personal accounts, etc. - Leading all steps of projects including goals, discovery, user research. - Creating chat, call, video call and information about company services. - Optimizing interface and scenarios in order to improve KPIs. Achievements: - Led a design team that created 9 products for employees. - Created a design system for those products. - Saved 2 900 hours of employees time per month for the company. - Implemented the design thinking practices for projects development.

Green Pie

The startup developed a social network for real estate agents. Service let realtors look for customers and other realtors for sharing info about real estate. Role: - Created Web, iOS, Android app’s projects including an interface for realtors and users: a real estate card, account for realtors, an intelligent assistant, personal accounts, etc. - Created illustrations for Facebook. - Implemented design thinking method for develop features. - Control of the work of the front-end developers team.
