• Interface UI design for the Veterans Affairs benefits system, Re-designing the Veterans Benefits Management System for their manual process of document review and disability evaluation, significantly reducing claim processing time. • Create and maintain a design system to ensure brand consistency and efficiency ensure consistency across products and help cross-functional teams collaborate. • Collaborate with UX researchers, project managers, developers, and data scientists to develop the new functionality. • Conduct A/B tests, user interviews, and usability tests to identify the goals and pain points of users. • Interface redesign for the Veterans Affairs benefits system.

Arnd Town

• Worked on the entire life-cycle of the product: research, user flows, prototyping, designing high fidelity comps, and collaboration with the product manager, UX researcher, and engineers on implementation. • Designed layouts, interactions, and prototyping transitions for both IOS and Android mobile devices. • Created Wire-frames and user-journey maps to communicate user flows and interactions with developers, creating interactive prototypes with Invision.
