We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager / Digital Marketing Manager.


Location: Tallinn, Estonia.


What you'll do

  • Manage the full funnel: acquisition (app installs, first purchase, CAC/CPI), retention (MAU/DAU, sticky factor), and reactivation of inactive users.
  • Own customer experience: audit and map CJM, fix UX/UI friction points, work closely with the product team.
  • Run retention & CRM: build event-based email/push campaigns, segment the audience, and personalize offers.
  • Drive performance marketing: launch and optimize paid campaigns (Apple Search Ads, search, social), manage SEO/GEO/ASO, design and A/B test landing pages.
  • Track results end-to-end with AppsFlyer/Amplitude and make data-driven decisions (CAC, LTV, Retention).
  • Manage PR and influencers: set KPIs for PR agencies, secure placements in premium/business media, run influencer collaborations and measure ROMI.
  • Control marketing budget, reallocate spend by channel performance, and align marketing with product, design, and concierge operations.


What we are looking for

  • Experienced in Premium/Luxury: you understand affluent clients, where time is the most valuable currency and exclusivity matters.
  • Strong in SEO and content marketing: you build sustainable organic growth, not just paid traffic.
  • Analytical and hands-on: you work confidently with CAC, LTV, Retention and decide based on data.
  • Creative and proactive: you find growth opportunities yourself and can launch campaigns that create buzz.
  • Fluent English for negotiations and content creation in a global market.
