Head of Growth - Crypto & FinTech Marketing Strategy

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Lead content marketing initiatives and refine our content strategy for maximum impact.
- Establish, track, and report on critical KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness.
- Manage and optimize marketing budget allocation for optimal ROI.
- Collaborate closely with development and customer success teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
- Analyze marketing performance data and make evidence-based decisions to improve campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement innovative marketing approaches.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and retention.
- Stay current with emerging marketing technologies, trends, and best practices in the cryptocurrency sector.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify market gaps and strategic advantages.
- Oversee brand positioning and messaging consistency across all platforms.
- Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in FinTech marketing, with specific expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain, digital banking, FX & CFD trading, or financial asset trading platforms.
- Proven success in managing rapid growth marketing initiatives in the digital financial sector.
- Strong analytical capabilities with in-depth knowledge of data analysis methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with modern marketing tools: Google Analytics 4, CRM systems, Mixpanel, Intercom, attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust), and project management tools like Jira or Asana.
- Experience with crypto-specific marketing channels and communities (Discord, Telegram, crypto influencers).
- Demonstrated ability to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) metrics.
- Excellent strategic thinking and tactical execution capabilities.
- Superior organizational and time management skills for handling multiple priorities.
- Outstanding presentation abilities and communication skills across all levels.
- Native or fluent English proficiency, with additional language skills (French, Russian, or German) being highly advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
