We’re looking for a Head of Sales to build and scale our sales and customer retention system across B2C and B2B segments.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy for B2C and B2B segments.
- Build and optimize the full funnel: from acquisition to retention and client expansion.
- Lead team growth, including hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Manage key metrics: CAC, LTV, conversion rate, revenue, churn, and more.
- Scale customer acquisition channels and improve commercial performance.
- Build Customer Success processes with the service team to reduce churn and increase customer value.
- Develop CRM processes, automate workflows, and standardize team operations.
- Create upsell and cross-sell strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product, finance, and operations teams.
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and growth planning.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and client needs, and turn insights into product recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports and business analysis.
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally in IT / Services / FinTech / Digital industries.
- International experience is a strong plus.
- Fluent English and Russian.
- Experience across both B2C and B2B.
- Hands-on experience building Customer Success processes.
- Strong skills in process design, CRM implementation, funnel automation, and operational frameworks.
- Deep understanding of sales funnel metrics and unit economics.
- Data-driven mindset and strong decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build and scale sales teams.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is an advantage.
- Residence in the Schengen Area or ability to relocate.
