Hyperscale - Performance Engineer

Remote, Full-time What you'll be doing: - Run Encode/Decode performance, encoding efficiency and power tests through a specialized automatic test system - Compose competitive analysis reports for internal and external customers - Communicate the benchmarking results with sales, software, and hardware teams - Improve Hyperscale Video Encode/Decode automated benchmarking system for Linux and Windows - Monitor benchmark server farm and set up networking What we need to see: - BS in Computer Science or similar experience - Advanced user Windows knowledge - Basic Linux knowledge - Experience in automated testing - Experience in data analysis (basic) - Experience with basics of script languages (Python is preferred) - Good written and spoken English (Intermediate) Ways to stand out from the crowd: - Experience with FFMPEG, hardware and software video codecs - Experience with benchmark or test automation development - Experience with C/C++ or deep Python data manipulation and visualization knowledge
