Lead Python (Django) Developer

We are a B2B marketplace in the ingredients space, connecting small brands with millions of suppliers. We match product requests with matching suppliers.

This role is a mix between managing and being hands-on.

• Manage the other developers and estimate & assign tickets
• Plan sprints and discuss requirements with the product manager
• Develop and review code
• Make architectural and stack decisions

Requirements for the candidate:

• Strong command of Python / Django
• 2+ years experience managing software engineers
• Experience with PostgreSQL
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Ideally, experience with Redis
• Ideally, experience with GCP
• Experience with Typescript and Vue would be a plus
• English - Advanced
