A fast-growing digital marketing agency is seeking a freelance SMM Specialist to lead the development of a social media strategy for a sewing production project. 

Working closely with a content manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping the online presence of a niche fashion production brand—building engagement, increasing reach, and aligning social efforts with business goals.

This is a flexible, remote opportunity with engagement on request for a few hours per month—perfect for experienced social media professionals managing multiple clients or seeking a steady side project.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and optimize existing social media profiles for branding, clarity, and conversion.

- Develop a comprehensive SMM strategy tailored to the sewing and fashion production niche.

- Collaborate with the content manager to align visual and written assets with platform best practices.

- Monitor trends and propose creative ways to engage the target audience.

- Recommend tools, content plans, and schedule formats that suit the brand’s goals.

- Offer consulting support and guidance on implementation when needed.

Requirements

- Proven experience in SMM across diverse projects, preferably within agencies or freelance roles.

- Solid understanding of social media promotion principles (algorithms, reach, audience targeting).

- Proficiency in visual content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.

- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities without micromanagement.

- Strategic thinking with a sense of branding, aesthetics, and messaging.

- Availability during GMT+3 timezone when needed (flexible, project-based commitment).

- Knowledge of Instagram Reels, Pinterest, and TikTok promotion mechanics.

- Familiarity with content planning tools like Buffer, Later, or Planoly.
