Our expanding digital asset platform seeks an experienced Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager to spearhead acquisition campaigns across global markets. Leverage your performance marketing expertise to establish valuable partnerships, optimize multi-channel campaigns, and deliver qualified leads within target cost parameters.


Key Responsibilities:

- Research and establish strategic partnerships with premium advertising networks, influencers, and affiliate platforms using various performance models (CPA, CPI, CPC, CPM, RevShare).

- Maintain long-term relationships with high-value traffic sources through consistent communication and performance optimization.

- Design and manage sophisticated mobile and web advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including crypto-specific networks.

- Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying optimization opportunities and scaling potential.

- Collaborate with the Front-end team to develop compelling creative assets that drive conversion and engagement.

- Partner with the Paid Acquisition team to scale successful campaigns into new geographic markets.

- Acquire high-quality leads while maintaining acquisition costs within established benchmarks.

- Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine targeting parameters and maximize conversion rates.

- Stay current with trends in blockchain marketing and regulatory considerations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience as an affiliate marketing manager, traffic manager, or equivalent role within affiliate networks or direct advertisers.

- Understanding of performance-based marketing principles, attribution models, and conversion optimization techniques.

- Proven ability to optimize advertising campaigns through effective targeting, creative assets, and budget allocation.

- Experience in gaming, gambling, financial services, or crypto/blockchain industries is valuable.

- Knowledge of cryptocurrency ecosystems and blockchain fundamentals.

- Exceptional analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.

- Proficiency with tracking solutions and marketing measurement platforms (Google Analytics 4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Voluum, etc.).

- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of measurable results.

- Upper-intermediate English proficiency or higher, with excellent communication skills.
