Senior Mobile Business Analyst (Android, Requirements & Roadmap)

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders, documenting business needs and translating them into functional specifications for Android development teams.

- Create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria following industry best practices.

- Develop and maintain process flows, wireframes, and mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Balsamiq to visualize application functionality.

- Perform gap analysis between current and future state processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.

- Collaborate closely with Android developers to ensure technical feasibility of proposed solutions and provide clarification on requirements.

- Create and maintain project documentation including use cases, user journeys, and data models.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that developed features meet business requirements.

- Monitor industry trends in mobile application development to suggest innovative features and improvements.

- Serve as the primary liaison between international clients and the development team, managing expectations and communicating progress.

Required Skills:

- 4+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst in technology environments, with specific focus on mobile application development.

- Demonstrated experience working directly with Android development teams or previous experience as an Android developer.

- Strong understanding of Android platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices (Android 13/14 and Kotlin).

- Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, including interviews, workshops, and documentation.

- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) and relevant tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and wireframing tools.

- Advanced written and spoken technical English for clear communication with international stakeholders.

- Experience working with international clients across different time zones and cultural contexts.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.

- Knowledge of SQL for data analysis and requirement specification.
