A company that provides high quality software solutions and services that drive business efficiency and effectiveness is looking for a Technical Support Specialist (Dispatch).


• Provide first level support for a variety of hardware, software, SaaS and mobile solutions.

• Own the customer problem until resolution by keeping the customer informed in a timely manner. 

• Proactively anticipate customer needs or problems by listening to all details.

• Continually strengthen and improve your customer service skills.

• Continuously make improvements and updates to company knowledge base articles.


Technical education in Computer Information Systems, computer Science, or related.

Dutch / French speaking.

German is a plus.

Location: France (Cergy), Netherlands (Rotterdam).
