Мы ищем менеджера по работе с VIP-клиентами в команду нашего клиента - известной международной финтех-компании, специализирующейся на трейдинге, Forex, ETF, криптовалютах и т.д.

В обязанности специалиста будет входить тесная работа с потенциальными и существующими клиентами, поддержание с ними хороших и устойчивых отношений через различные каналы социальных сетей, а также активный поиск и привлечение VIP-клиентов с использованием методик "холодного поиска" и "холодного аутрича".

Кандидат должен хорошо разбираться в потоках данных на финансовых рынках, иметь опыт работы с каналами социальных сетей и подтвержденный опыт успешного проведения технического и фундаментального анализа.


Основные обязанности:

  • Активный поиск и привлечение VIP-клиентов с использованием методик "холодного поиска" и "холодного аутрича".
  • Построение и поддержание долгосрочных отношений с новыми потенциальными и существующими клиентами, предложение им лучших услуг по решению проблем через различные онлайн-каналы, например, WhatsApp, Telegram.
  • Предоставление наилучшего сервиса потенциальным и существующим клиентам, а также использование и получение обратной связи от них.
  • Изучение тенденций развития отрасли.
  • Подготовка презентаций, онлайн-анонсов по каналам связи и вебинаров для привлечения потенциальной группы клиентов и обучения существующих клиентов.
  • Решение и ответы на любые вопросы клиентов, если они могут помочь или переадресовать их в соответствующий отдел.
  • Обеспечение соблюдения условий договора как со стороны работодателя, так и со стороны клиентов.
  • Понимание потребностей и целей новых и существующих клиентов и, соответственно, помощь в их достижении.


Требования:

  • Степень в области экономики, бизнеса или любой другой соответствующей области.
  • Опыт работы не менее одного года в сфере отношений с клиентами, продаж, развития бизнеса, поддержки клиентов в индустрии Forex.
  • Обязательное условие - владение русским и узбекским языками.
  • Владение другими языками будет рассматриваться как преимущество.
  • Отличное использование каналов социальных сетей, например, WhatsApp, Telegram.
  • Опыт ведения блога и создания контента.

Looking for Security GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Specialist.


Job Overview:

The person in this role will be in charge of identifying, reviewing and managing the security Governance, Risk and Compliance internal programs and initiatives, working closely with the Operation Security and Application Security Teams, as well as various internal IT teams.

Additionally, support the IT Security team in on-demand activities by being a facilitator in Initiatives with other IT Teams.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience working in the IT security industry, including 2+ years in GRC, IT Audit, IT risk management, IT Security and/or similar compliance functions.
  • Strong skills in IT Security risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in data governance framework setup and management activities in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in the development of company security policies and risk, security or audit frameworks (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, COSO).
  • Excellent communication skills in both technical and non-technical ways.
  • Fluent in English and in Russian: written, verbal, listening.
  • Attained a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering and related area (5+ years).
  • Attained Сybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CRISK, Security+, etc is a plus.
