Project Manager

Company that provides high end software solutions and services promoting business effectiveness is looking for PM for one of their projects. 

There are several different projects. Depending on the candidate profile, company will allocate on the suitable project. Details could be discussed at the final interview.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Serve as a Scrum Master, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve blockers to ensure smooth execution.
• Track and report on key metrics to measure team performance.
• Ensure clear communication across teams and stakeholders through regular updates and documentation.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies;
• Experience as a Scrum Master;
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time;
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
• Familiarity with project management tools;
• Certifications such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master), PMP, or PMI-ACP are a plus.
