Требуется опытный Менеджер проектов для эффективного управления процессами интеграции платформы Platform V Works. Задача состоит в том, чтобы обеспечить успешную реализацию интеграционных решений в рамках сроков и бюджета, соблюдая высокие стандарты качества.

Основные обязанности:

• Планирование и управление полным циклом осуществления интеграции Platform V Works, включая определение целей, составление планов, распределение ресурсов и контроль исполнения.
• Координация действий команды в составе архитектора, разработчиков, тестировщиков для обеспечения своевременного выполнения задач.
• Регулярное общение с ключевыми заинтересованными сторонами (заказчиками, руководством, коллегами), предоставление отчетов о ходе выполнения проекта и выявление потенциальных препятствий.
• Определение и минимизация рисков, управление изменениями в проекте и поддержка принятия обоснованных управленческих решений.
• Организация и участие в совещаниях и прочих встречах по проекту, ведение документации и отчетности.

Требования:

Опыт работы менеджером проектов в области ИТ от 5 лет

• Уверенные навыки стандартами управления проектами.
• Опыт успешной интеграции сложных решений и платформ.
• Опыт управления крупными многоуровневыми проектами.
• Высокий уровень ответственности и способность к принятию самостоятельных решений, в том числе работы в команде специалистов других направлений.

Будет плюсом:

• Опыт работы с технологиями СберТех, знакомство и/или опыт интеграции платформы Platform V Works.
• Владение навыками управления рисками и изменения структуры проекта.

We're looking for a Full-stack developer with strong experience in development of modern software solutions with scalable architecture for both sides backend and frontend.

Tasks:

• Development of modern software solutions with scalable architecture (frontend and backend)
• Implementation of frontend applications with React
• Development of backend services with .NET and Python, including API design and database connection
• Ensuring a scalable and high-performance architecture
• Creation of technical documentation for code, architecture, and interfaces
• Connection to existing systems and interfaces
• Deployment in cloud (Azure) or on-premise environments
• Compliance with best practices for code quality, performance, and IT security

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in implementing backend services with Python and .NET

• More than 3 years of experience in implementing frontend applications with React
• 2+ years of experience setting up pipelines in Azure DevOps
• 2+ years of experience in managing Kubernetes
• More than 4 years of experience using SQL and NoSQL databases

Location: Germany, Berlin (10% onsite for project meetings, 90% remote)

We are looking for Infrastructure Engineer:

1. with expertise in SBC (Citrix, Terminal Servers), web infrastructure (Apache, IIS, Tomcat), AWS/Azure cloud services,
2. and strong management experience with external providers.

Generally, someone who can balance technical operations with architectural oversight.

• Prepare and contribute to architectural quality reviews.

• Contribution to definition of service strategy and architecture. 

• Continuously share best practices and approaches across teams. 

• Identifies and tracks issues identified in cooperation with other work streams. 

• Together with team, implement and optimize our Data Center services and needed ITIL processes globally. 

• Ensure data and information security in the Data Center services. 

• Timely provision of Status Reports, Rollout Plan, Risks, etc. 

• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. 

• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. 

• Manage external providers, Escalate issues as appropriate. 

• Work with virtual team spread worldwide (very limited need to travel). 

• End-to-end responsible for the delivery of platform service in responsible area
