As a Senior Product Analyst, you'll bridge the crucial intersection between marketing performance and product development, crafting comprehensive analytics frameworks that yield profound insights into user behavior patterns and campaign effectiveness. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish data-driven approaches that enhance product performance and optimize marketing ROI across diverse channels.


Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end analytics solutions that connect marketing efforts to product performance metrics and business outcomes.

- Develop and maintain sophisticated ETL processes ensuring seamless data integration across multiple platforms and systems.

- Architect automated reporting systems that transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at various organizational levels.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior patterns and conversion funnels to identify high-impact optimization opportunities.

- Evaluate marketing campaign performance across digital channels, providing data-backed recommendations for improved targeting and resource allocation.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to establish meaningful KPIs and robust measurement frameworks aligned with business objectives.

- Implement industry best practices for data collection, storage, and analysis while ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance.


Required Skills and Experience

- 3+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, product analytics, or a closely related analytical field.

- Demonstrated expertise in solving complex challenges in product and digital marketing analytics environments.

- Comprehensive understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, attribution models, and conversion optimization techniques.

- Proven experience building end-to-end analytics frameworks that effectively connect marketing efforts to product metrics.

- Deep knowledge of data collection methodologies and inherent limitations across mobile applications, websites, and advertising platforms.

- Extensive experience implementing data integration solutions and ETL processes for marketing and product analytics.

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience working with enterprise database systems (Oracle, Vertica, Hadoop, PostgreSQL, or similar).

- Practical experience with statistical analysis and data processing using R or Python (Python 3.9+ preferred).


Technical Proficiencies

- Analytics Platforms: Experience with at least two of the following: AppsFlyer, myTracker, Firebase Analytics, Amplitude (2023+), Mixpanel, Google Analytics 4 or AppMetrica.

- Cloud Infrastructure: Working knowledge of cloud storage and computing environments such as Google Cloud Platform, AWS.

- Advertising Systems: Familiarity with Google Marketing Platform (including Google Ads, Campaign Manager, Display & Video 360), Meta Ads Manager advertising solutions.

- API Integration: Experience developing and maintaining robust data pipelines using REST APIs from analytics and advertising platforms.

- Data Visualization: Proficiency with dashboard creation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.

- Automation Tools: Experience with automation scripts and workflows for efficient data processing and reporting.
