Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sprint planning, scope definition, and timeline management to ensure predictable delivery cycles.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
- Coach team members in Agile frameworks, helping them effectively apply Scrum principles.
- Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to enhance team productivity and product development.
- Serve as a servant leader, fostering self-organization and empowering team members.
- Facilitate internal communication and cross-team collaboration to boost organizational agility.
- Act as the primary contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize user stories and requests.
- Implement change management strategies to help teams adapt to evolving requirements.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through proper definition of done and acceptance criteria.
- Guide teams toward higher Scrum maturity and self-organization capabilities.
- Create a productive environment where team members take ownership of their work.
- Track and report sprint metrics to demonstrate progress and identify improvement opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master with a proven track record in guiding development teams.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and ceremonies, including user stories and backlog refinement.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and servant leadership skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and effective conflict-resolution techniques.
- Outstanding organizational skills with attention to detail and process improvement.
- Experience implementing and scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
- Ability to adapt Agile methodologies to fit team and project needs while maintaining core Scrum values.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
