Senior Business Analyst - CRM Strategy & Data Modeling
As a Senior Business/CRM Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to decode complex customer behaviors, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and analyze product analytics. You'll develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that guide strategic decision-making and drive measurable business outcomes. This full-time remote position is designed for analytics professionals who excel in dynamic environments where results matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust analytics frameworks to monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns and product performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated ETL processes ensuring data integrity and accessibility across platforms.
- Create detailed customer segmentation models enhancing personalization strategies and targeted communications.
- Build and optimize interactive dashboards using visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Superset for stakeholder consumption.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to identify high-impact growth opportunities through data analysis.
- Analyze customer lifecycle patterns and recommend evidence-based strategies to improve retention rates.
- Perform complex SQL queries to extract meaningful insights from diverse datasets.
- Utilize Python or R for statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and automated reporting solutions.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to track progress toward business objectives and identify performance trends.
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms that drive strategic decisions.
Required Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of progressive experience in product, marketing, or CRM analytics at a senior level.
- Demonstrated expertise working with CRM systems and performing multi-dimensional customer data analysis.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital marketing channels and online conversion funnels.
- Advanced knowledge of ETL processes specifically in marketing and product analytics contexts.
- Proficiency with modern analytics platforms including Amplitude, Firebase, Mixpanel, Google Analytics 4, and AppMetrica.
- Expert-level SQL skills with experience working with enterprise databases (Oracle, Hadoop, Vertica, PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience creating impactful visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, Superset, or equivalent tools.
- Working knowledge of Python (3.x) or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automated reporting.
- Experience with attribution platforms such as Appsflyer or myTracker for marketing performance analysis.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to transform complex problems into structured solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into business recommendations.
