Senior Product Owner | Remote SaaS Role | Agile Environment

In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business objectives and technical implementation -ensuring our products deliver exceptional value to customers while meeting market demands.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.

- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly communicate product requirements to the engineering team.

- Lead sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews within an agile framework.

- Monitor key product metrics and use data-driven insights to inform product decisions.

- Track development progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.

- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and optimal implementation of product features.

- Support internal users and customer support staff by providing product knowledge, troubleshooting assistance, and documentation.

- Drive continuous improvement of product functionality based on user feedback and performance data.

- Present product updates and roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

- Identify opportunities for process automation to enhance operational efficiency.

- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure our product maintains market advantage.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on SaaS products.

- Proven track record in implementing internal process automation projects that enhance operational efficiency.

- Extensive experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product management methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English, both written and verbal.

- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Experience with product backlog management and prioritization techniques.

- Proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision making.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).

- Understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric product development.
