The service is requested as part of the project Consumer & Customer Care. The project has the purpose of implementing new features and processes to improve user experience, increase consumer satisfaction and efficiency measures across all digital touchpoints such as web, social, eShops. The service provision of the contractor has the goal to improve the existing Consumer & Customer Care IT Ecosystem by implementing new features and processes.

Skills & Qualifications required:

• At least 3 years experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, following the latest industry best practices.
• At least 3 years experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, actions and client-side JavaScript functionality
• Experience in Power Platform, Power Automate and Rest API
• Communicative, open minded, self-motivated and a pro-active team player with a can-do attitude
• Ability to conduct work assignments of increasing complexity, under moderate supervision.
• Experience with agile software development techniques
• Very good written and spoken English skills

The ideal specialist for the role will be responsible for developing high-quality application for virtual agent for myriads of use cases for various verticals. They will also be responsible for designing and implementing testable and scalable code.

Responsibilities:

• Develop quality software and web applications
• Analyze and maintain existing software applications
• Design highly scalable, testable code
• Discover and fix programming bugs

Qualifications required:

• Java ACE for backend development
• Expertise in LLMs, Agentic, and related models
• Experience working with frameworks LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen
• Proficiency in frontend technologies a plus
• Development experience with programming languages Java, Python
• SQL database or relational database skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
